I own one of your lower modeled cues, and I love it. I am soon hoping to upgrade to one of your higher end cues. Excellent craftsmanship, and this cues has a great feel.

............ I already have a stick from you guys, that I love. I am just looking to buy another next spring. I just want one with a smaller shaft and I am thinking about getting a little lighter of a stick than what I already have. I was just inquiring on how much I would need when I am ready to buy. If you could give me a ball park figure great, if not that is fine too. I do appreciate the follow up. (I don't see that kind of customer service very often)

I bought one of your sticks last December so I have had it for about a year now. When I first started using your stick I was so scared to use it, I was afraid something was going to happen to it. Well, finally I got comfortable with it and started not to worry about it, and the only thing I can say is that I would never use any other stick out there on the market.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate all you help and the kindness of all your people. Sometimes it's very hard to work long distance and with people you have never met but you all make it very easy.

Please forward a brochure of your cues along with dealer location. Have owned a Jackson cue in past and want another as they are terrific.

.......... the owner of the pool hall that had it let me shoot around with it before I bought it and it felt better than any stick I have ever used. In fact, I picked it over a new Mcdermott, and a Meucci, both cost twice as much but price had nothing to do with why I picked the Jackson it just felt right and looked better. .......When I bought the hard case for the cue the owner of the store saw the Jackson and was very impressed with it. He said he had never heard of Jackson but was impressed with how it was made. The only thing he didn't like was where the balance point was but like he said that is personal taste.

........ I have already purchased it, but wanted to know the retail price. How come you do not have them on your web site, also I had noticed that it said Ivory inlay (are these real?) I have had 2 professionals look and hit with it and they both agree that it is a good hitting cue.
